How we keep payments secure

- No full card storage – card numbers are tokenized; we can’t view or retrieve them.
- Fraud checks & SCA/3-D Secure – AVS/CVV checks and strong authentication where required.
If a payment is declined
- Confirm the card number, expiry, CVC and that your billing address matches your bank.
- Try another method (PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, or a different card).
- Some banks block international/large transactions—contact your bank to authorize the charge.
- Duplicate charges are often temporary authorization holds and will drop if payment fails.
